RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION
We encourage you to call ELTEC’s technical support staff to review any product issue. At times, problems can be resolved over the phone. Call Technical Support during normal business hours (8AM-5PM Central Time Zone) at 800-227-1734 or 903-938-1901.
Should we not be able to be solve the problem, a Return Material Authorization (R.M.A.) number will be issued. ELTEC’s R.M.A form must be filled out and included with the item(s) being returned.
If you’re unable to download and print the RMA form, we will email or fax it to you.
