Should we not be able to be solve the problem, a Return Material Authorization (R.M.A.) number will be issued. Be sure to write the R.M.A. on the outside of the carton.
Inside the box, please include a note with the R.M.A. number along with a brief description of the problem. Be sure to include the business name and address, contact name and phone number(s).
