ELTEC Enhances Product Warranties

ELTEC strives to provide exceptional products and service. Effective July 1st 2011 Electrotechnics Corporation (ELTEC) increased the warranty period on all products manufactured by ELTEC to 25 months (from 12 months). Products include: NTC-17E series, TC-3000 & LANG 3000 (for SYSTEM 3000), TC-2000 paging time clock, FS-2 DC flasher, and the TimeSync1-GPS & TimeSyncD-GPS units.

Additionally, the warranty period “grandfathers” all products regardless of when they were purchased.

To determine if your product is still in warranty, locate the serial number (SN) on the white decal. Example: C09xxxxx = March ’09. The letter determines the month it was manufactured followed by the year. A- L = January through December.

ELTEC will repair or replace any unit returned prepaid within the time period outlined above as long as there is no evidence that the unit has been misused, abused, damaged by input over voltage, output overloads, lightning or water or altered in any manner.
